WapsChat WhatsApp Services – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) represent the legal agreement between
Leomart Integrated Solutions Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and you, the user of WapsChat (https://www.wapschat.ng).
By accessing or using our WhatsApp services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, your only recourse is to discontinue using the Service.
2. Service Description
WapsChat provides WhatsApp Business Cloud API services, including bulk messaging, automation, and campaign management
(the “Service”). Use of the Service is subject to these Terms and WhatsApp’s Business Terms of Service.
3. Responsible Use
You agree to:
• Use our Services exclusively for legitimate business purposes.
• Avoid illegal, unethical, or spam-related activities.
• Obtain proper customer consent before sending messages.
• Comply with all applicable laws, NDPR, and WhatsApp policies.
4. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Any activity carried out under your account will be considered your responsibility.
Sharing login details with unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited.
5. Billing and Payment
• Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Timely payment is required to maintain access to the Service.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Usage Limits
Each subscription plan comes with defined usage limits (e.g., number of messages).
Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges, a required upgrade,
or temporary service restrictions.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary
technology, remain the property of Leomart Integrated Solutions Ltd.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the Service with prior written notice.
Upon termination, your access will be revoked and outstanding payments will become immediately due.
9. Service Reliability
WapsChat strives to ensure reliable uptime.
However, we do not guarantee 100% availability due to possible technical or third-party issues.
We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages caused by service interruptions.

11. Governing Law
