5. Billing and Payment
• Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Timely payment is required to maintain access to the Service.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Meta Setup:All onboarding and account setup services shall be provided exclusively by the Company’s dedicated support team upon request, either online or offline, and are not mandatory for user who possess adequate technical expertise. Such services may attract additional charges depending on the user’s location. Customers agree to comply fully with all setup rules, guidelines, and procedures established by the Company and must confirm their acceptance of these terms prior to proceeding..
7. Usage Limits
Each subscription plan comes with defined usage limits (e.g., number of messages). Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges, a required upgrade, or temporary service restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary technology, remain the property of Leomart Integrated Solutions Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate the Service with prior written notice. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and outstanding payments will become immediately due.

WapsChat strives to ensure reliable uptime. However, we do not guarantee 100% availability due to possible technical or third-party issues. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages caused by service interruptions.
